Organizations in Pieces allow you to:

  • Centralize settings -- Sync features, API keys, model access, and LTM sources across all team members
  • Manage members -- Invite, assign roles, and control permissions for your entire team
  • Create teams -- Organize members into smaller groups for focused collaboration
  • Control billing -- Manage subscriptions, seat counts, and billing details
  • Share context -- Enable shared Copilot contexts and workstream patterns

Settings Synchronization

All organization settings automatically sync to team members' Pieces Desktop and PiecesOS installations, including:
